Our Management

Owner

Mr Charles Ho, has been participating in the management team of home delivery at Golden Dragon for over seven years since he was a teenager. As a new generation owner and the leader of top management, Charles has enthusiastically contributed his knowledge and know-how to Golden Dragon for improving customer service, food quality and home delivery service. Charles has performed the key functions within the company and led various major projects for the growth and development of the business and operations. Charles holds Bachelor’s Degree of Air Transport and Logistic from University of Huddersfield and completed internship programme at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics USA between 2013-2014. He was awarded “Best presentation of Young Enterprise Company Award in Wales 2012” when he was the Marketing Director for Young Enterprise Company and Financial Director for Young Enterprise Company 2011. Charles is a member of Project Aware and PADI Seal Team Open Water Diver since 2002.

 

Operations Manager

Mrs Maggie Ho joined Golden Dragon in 2005, currently is responsible for strategic procurement and business operations and has been senior management contributing to Golden Dragon over thirteen years. Maggie has over 10 years extensive experience in procurement management worked in manufacturing group where she was responsible for various strategic commercial and technical procurements. Maggie is a member of Project Aware and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver  since 2002.

 

Chief Strategy Consultant

Mr William Ho joined Golden Dragon in 2005 and was appointed as Chief Strategy Consultant and Designated Premises Supervisor at Golden Dragon in 2016. William is a skilled chef with 15-years experience in cooking Chinese and Italian cuisines in the takeaway industry, currently is a senior consultant with well experienced in catering industry and presently is mainly responsible for counselling the company in the long term strategic planning and business development. William also has been in the position of company director with over 30 years of rich management experience gained from various industries, such as catering, manufacturing, software developer, import & export trading and forex trader, where he was responsible for leading corporate strategy business development. William holds Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Murdoch University of Australia, Diploma in Business Management from Society of Business Practitioners UK, Certificate in Business Management from Peking University China, Certificate APLH 2015 Award for Personal Licence Holders, Member of Society of Business Practitioners UK and Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (FHKIoD) in 2000. William is a member of Project Aware and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver  since 2002.

 

Business Development Consultant

Miss Vanessa Ho has over five years of experience in Food Hygiene management and customer service at Golden Dragon and as appointed as a member of business development consultant in 2016. Vanessa is mainly responsible for seeking business opportunities for Golden Dragon. Vanessa holds MRes, Master of Research in Chemical Biology from Imperial College London and, BSc (Hons), Bachelor’s Degree of Chemistry from Imperial College London, was the Managing Director for Young Enterprise Company and Financial Director for Young Enterprise Company 2011. She led the company to be awarded “Best Company Programme of Young Enterprise Company Award in Wales 2012”.

 

Marketing Consultant

Mr Phillip Mat generously contributes his knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur inspiring the members of chef for creating new menu and counselling the member of marketing team to meet the needs for different types of customer segments. Phillip is ordinarily seeking out the latest market trends and new opportunities to the company. Meanwhile, Phillip continuously contributes to Golden Dragon by creating new idea "Non-traditional hot food" for increasing regular revenue that would take Golden Dragon to even greater heights. Phillip holds BSc, Bachelor’s Degree of Business Information System from University of Westminster London.
